Sea West often has a variety of employment opportunities available at our administrative office in Oakland, located at the site of the former Oak Knoll Naval Hospital, our Alameda service center on Coast Guard Island, and at USCG TRACEN in Petaluma.

Position oversees Alameda branch operation in accordance with Credit Union policies and procedures and applicable federal/state requirements. The Manager provides leadership and direction to service center personnel ensuring Credit Union members receive quality service.
Membership Representative - Part-Time
Position works with our Marketing Manager to promote Sea West membership and product/service usage among active and retired military personnel, honorably discharged veterans, their families, and other Select Employer Groups.
Position handles a variety of collection activities including working with Credit Union members in establishing repayment agreements and maintaining accurate account records.
Postion provides assistance to Credit Union members via the telephone with inquiries, financial transactions, and problem resolution as well as cross-selling the Credit Union's products and services.
Position handles operational and member services functions and activities to help insure branch operations run smoothly.
