• Honorably Discharged Veterans from all branches of the U.S. Armed Forces regardless of length of service

• U.S. Coast Guard Reservists

• Members of the U.S. Coast Guard Auxiliary

• Members of the Navy League of the United States

• Students and Staff of the Cal Poly Maritime

• Members of the Maritime Industries

• Employees and Immediate Family of the U.S. Government, Including:
